A full audit of your business completed by me prior to the strategic planning session.

This gives me a clear, in-depth understanding of your business, your goals, and what is and is not currently working, so our time together is focused and effective.

Step 2

Three hours of direct access to me as we work through the 9 core business pillars that determine success.

Together, we map a thoughtful, strategic plan for your business, drawing on my experience and hundreds of proven strategies to determine exactly what applies to you.

Step 3

A written 12-month business plan across the 9 core business pillars, including clear KPIs under each.

This is designed as a working roadmap you can revisit whenever decisions need to be made, so you know exactly what to focus on, what to prioritise, and what to do when.
